In my opinion all most relationships do is just push the two in the relationship closer together, then with all the emotions and heightened endorphins that enter the lovers’ brains due to the idea that they’re “in love”, make them begin to believe that all they need is this other person in their life and they’ll be satisfied. That’s idiotic. You need more than one person to function in life, you can’t push away friends. That’s not a healthy relationship.

Who the fuck cares if you “love” them, chances are you really probably fucking don’t. Honestly we’re still young as fuck, if you’re out chasing Love and already thinking that the one person you’re with will be the only person forever, you’re a fucking idiot. Get your head out of your ass and realize that having a significant other doesn’t mean a damn thing, you should be able to function on your own and worry about that later on down the line.

BUT if you have found that one person that really likes you for the person you are, knows all the shitty things about you, is willing to see beyond your past decisions, understands the way you see things and is willing to accept it, trusts you completely enabling you to maintain friendships and sustain a healthy connection with other people beyond them, and is willing to just sit around doing bullshit nothing with you and love every second of it.. Then kudos to you, lucky bastards. 

My point is; If you’re chasing around Love or a relationship just because you feel as if you need to, don’t. If you’re in a relationship and it’s shit, end it; honestly you won’t be with that person a year from now.
